I designed this wedding client guide with Hello Hello Studio because I want to ensure that when my ideal client opened by price guide, that my brand identity and value offer was clear. The price guide needed to be beautiful, evoke emotion and showcase moments of true connection captured on a wedding day. I want my ideal client to fall in love with my brand and imagery first, making perceived judgements on my value before they scrolled to my value offer. Why? Because emotion and connection sells.
The price guide design is inspired by art and architecture books, as well my favourite luxury fashion brands. The price guide has an editorial feel and has been designed to attract a premium ideal client.
The template is fully customisable, so you can curate the fonts, colours and copy to reflect your brand. Alternatively, the template is ready to go and can be used as is (just add your logo, images, and brand name!)

I could go deep here on topics like your customer journey, marketing strategy and funnels, but I think it is best to keep it SIMPLE.
Your price guide is the best way to communicate with an ideal client your value and your offer. By presenting a beautiful PDF document that includes an introduction to your brand personality, philosophy, packages and services, your ideal client will be able to assess whether you are the perfect fit for their special day and proceed to book.

I’m a wedding photographer, educator, podcast host and mother of two.
I shot my first wedding at the beginning of COVID and I charged $350 for the shoot (what a bargain!). It wasn’t much, but I was stoked - and hooked.

Here’s the other thing… Upselling is the best way to make more profit without booking more clients (and I know you don’t want more clients and admin in your day-to-day).
