Everyone knows that your Instagram is visited before your website. Social media, especially Instagram, is the new portfolio. While websites are still a must-have, it's important to put as much information on your socials as you have on your website.

Consistency on your social channel is also important when it comes to running your own business. It keeps you top of mind for prospective clients which is essential for growth and of course sales.

I personally find it hard to keep on top of my posting which seems to go in waves when I find some motivation and then completely dies off when I have none.

For a long time, I have been meaning to share more about my services, packages, and offerings via my Instagram posts and stories but I have found it difficult to find the right tools and templates to help me do this easily and time-efficiently. I’ve been using Canva to create my Instagram posts and stories but annoyingly they don’t have templates for Carousel posts!

Step in Studio Leelou who has launched Instagram templates in 9 different gorgeous designs to help us business owners do just this! I’m so excited about them!

My favourite and most similar design to my branding is Ciao Bella but all of the templates are lovely! There is a design for all.

I chose the Wedding Album text and photo carousel template as my first template carousel to play around with. It offers text prompts and ideas of what to include, as many/all of the other templates do too, which makes it so simple to create a week or month's worth of content in one go. Plus they're customisable in @canva which means it is so simple and no Adobe needed!! There are also heaps of other templates available including Stories, Gift Vouchers, IG Highlight badges. I can't wait to get stuck into them!
